NUTRITION COACHING FOR RUNNERS

Fun Fact: In addition to being a race director, I'm also a runner and a Registered Dietitian. I own my nutrition coaching business, Endurance Nutrition where I specialize in working with runners. I see so much nutrition misinformation on social media, the internet, and I hear it at group runs. My mission is to help YOU figure out what works for you in terms of fueling up for daily training and on race day so that you feel awesome out there. It's common but not normal to feel like trash and not be able to move from the couch after those long runs. It's common but not normal to have GI issues that have you planning your route around the nearest porta potty or the perfect tree to hide behind. 

I also strongly believe that nutrition shouldn't feel complicated and that it doesn't need to be something you stress about. I don't force you to eat the way I do. I work with you to find what works best for you.

 

It's important to me to offer services that provide different levels of support at different price points so that nutrition coaching can be accessible to everyone! NUTRITION SERVICES

Includes 6 video modules on topics like: pre run nutrition, creating a race day fueling plan, hydration and more + a 70 page workbook with shopping lists, resources, and worksheets! OR pick and choose from over 30+ individual masterclasses

DIG IN MEMBERSHIP

This membership option gets you access to our Slack group where you can ask ALL your nutrition questions. No more scrolling social media trying to find answers from unqualified influencers. Get real answers from an expert (aka me!). You also get access to our library of over 30+ running nutrition masterclasses. This is the most budget friendly way to work with me at $35/month

GROUP COACHING

This is for the runner who wants continued support from me with their nutrition (3 month commitment) via bi-weekly group calls, a fueling plan for race day, my Fueled Up Course and an extra layer of support from the group.  This is my *favorite* way to work with runners!

ONE TIME NUTRITION CALL

This is perfect for the runner who just wants to pick my brain about nutrition whether it's fueling up for your daily training, creating a fueling plan for your next race, how to implement a carb load, and more. Includes 45 minute call, summary + action plan, and 2 weeks follow up support via email
